Bridge To Femmes Workshops
Community inclusion is important to us. While performing we like to ‘get up close and personal’ with the crowd, we hand out percussion instruments so the audience can join in and we use ‘call and response’ lyrics to encourage the crowd to speak up with us. Our Bridge to Femmes workshops allowed us to invite and engage with community before the performance, working together to create costumes, rehearsing the song and working towards an en-masse performance of Let It Grow at HonkOz! 2022.
