Our Projects
We work in an organic and free flowing way, jamming and playing and creating projects that reflect our evolving concerns.
Inspired by the growing global street-band movement known as Honk! we aim to be socially engaged, sometimes in direct action and outright political protest. At other times we’re about community building, performing for social justice or community-based organisations or conducting workshops to include and engage community.
We choose music and rewrite lyrics to adapt to our message in a fun-loving and irreverent way, outrageous and inclusive.
We play at street level, acoustic and mobile and in amongst the crowd to invite them to join the fun, with persuasive passion and spirit in the hope that in a small way, we make the world a better place.
